Registration Form
We are maintaining the low registration fee of $95 for ACA/MCJA members, $120 for non-members, $85 for one day or less and $150 for on-site or postmarked after September 7, 2010. Group reservations consisting of twenty (20) attendees or more will “all” receive the ACA/MCJA member rate of $95. Includes: Training, Reception, (2) Continental Breakfasts, (1) lunch and (1) seafood buffet.
