Training is the key to preparedness and preparedness is the key to Homeland Security. Free
training is available to Law Enforcement and the rest of the First Responder community as well as
Emergency Managers and Government Officials, both elected and appointed.

NDPC site has links to Consortium member websites including: The Texas Engineering
Extension Service (TEEX) at Texas A&M University, The Energetic Materials Research and
Testing Center (EMRTC) at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico
